Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ), in a recent appearance on Real America's Voice's Just the News, No Noise, suggested that recent injunctions against President Donald Trump's policies by liberal judges only deepen Americans' distrust in the judicial system.
"Federal judges do not have lifetime tenure. They can remain on their bench only when they're engaged in good conduct. If they fail to regulate themselves, Congress must step in and remove corrupt judges," Rep. Biggs said, posting the clip to X (formerly Twitter).

Does Texas have a constitutional right to defy Supreme Court on protecting its border?
In the video, Rep. Biggs reminded viewers that federal judges do not have lifetime tenure. Article III, Section I of the Constitution says that "their tenure is only for the extension of their good conduct and their good behavior."
"And when you are starting to do that type of thing, you have exceeded it. Maybe Congress should make a resolution that you have violated the 'good behavior' clause of Article III, Section I," the Arizona Congressman continued, adding, "The other aspect is [that] we would expect them to regulate themselves and say, 'No, we cannot do this.' It gives the appearance of impropriety and, in some cases, reinforces the biases that they have."
Biggs called the recent spate of injunctions against President Trump "kind of a horrific thing" because "it adds to the mistrust that Americans have in their government, and in this instance, their judicial system."
Last week, the Arizona Congressman called for the passage of his Injunctive Authority Clarification Act, which prohibits federal courts from issuing injunctive orders that barred enforcement of a federal law or policy against a nonparty after Judge James Boasberg ordered the reversal of planes carrying the alleged gang members and future removals to El Salvador.
"Another day, another judge who wants to make sweeping decisions for the entire country. I'm calling on House Leadership to bring my legislation, the Injunctive Authority Clarification Act, to the Floor to stop this nonsense," Biggs posted to X.
