Biggs on Sanctuary Policies
Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) discussed the toll of sanctuary policies in a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing, speaking with Angel Families and... READ MORE

Senator Mark Kelly: Many Americans prefer voting by mail because it’s safe and convenient. But Trump doesn't want to protect our elections, he wants to protect his own power. This will make it harder for millions of Americans to vote this November, and that's the point.
Senator Ruben Gallego: Canada has stood alongside the United States for generations. Pete Hegseth disrespecting our Canadian allies doesn’t make America safer—it undermines a critical partnership and puts our shared security at risk.
Representative Andy Biggs: Thanks to the efforts of Kayleigh Kozak, who courageously fought for countless others after experiencing sexual abuse as a younger girl, Kayleigh’s Law is now one step closer to becoming federal law. I was pleased to help shepherd this bill through the House Judiciary Committee.
Representative Eli Crane: Democrats are first to the microphone when it comes to defending illegal aliens. Yet when we discuss child trafficking and organ harvesting as a result of their open-border policies, they are absent. The politicians who opened our borders are complicit in these horrific crimes.
Representative Juan Ciscomani: Today, I voted for a bipartisan, temporary Continuing Resolution (CR) to prevent another government shutdown. A government shutdown is not a political game; it has REAL consequences. It disrupts pay for our troops, leaves CBP agents and law enforcement working without pay, and disrupts services for the nearly 80,000 veterans I have the privilege of representing. As an appropriator, I know CRs are not ideal and can delay critical bipartisan work, including the $42.7 million in funding that has cleared the first major legislative hurdles to deliver critical investments to Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District. I have NEVER supported a government shutdown—partial or full. Arizona families should not have to pay the price for Washington’s dysfunction. The House did the right thing today by coming together to keep the government open, keep essential services running, and continue delivering for Arizona.
Representative David Schweikert: We’re borrowing roughly $7 billion a day. Too many in Washington still do not understand what that means. If we keep borrowing at this pace, the bond market will run this country.
Representative Abe Hamadeh: David Steinmetz of Arizona Industries for the Blind thanked Congressman Hamadeh for co-sponsoring H.R. 1175, the Blind Americans Return to Work Act. The bill would replace the Social Security earnings cliff that punishes blind Americans for working. AIB already serves our troops at Luke, Davis-Monthan, and Yuma while employing blind Arizonans. By co-sponsoring this bill, Congressman Hamadeh kept his word to support those who support our troops.
Representative Greg Stanton: I am heartbroken by the horrific attack in Tucson that took the lives of two people at a place where they should have been safe among friends. My heart is with their families and with Tucson’s LGBTQ+ community, who are grieving and afraid tonight.
Representative Yassamin Ansari: .@OversightDems received a shocking whistleblower report from a @USPS federal official warning that Trump’s mail-in-vote tracking system is dangerous and capable of causing major disruptions to ballot delivery for millions of American citizens. Let’s break down how this happened.
Representative Adelita Grijalva: Poser Pete has got to go
