Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) weighed in on the recent indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) for sending money to hate groups to foment racism.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) recently indicted the SPLC on 11 counts of money laundering, bank fraud, and wire fraud. According to the indictment, the SPLC paid leading members of hate groups such as the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) and other white supremacist groups to foment racism, which the Law Center disputes by saying... Senator Mark Kelly: There's no good reason a member of Congress should be trading stocks while making laws. I don't trade stocks, and I've got a bill to make sure nobody else does either.

Senator Ruben Gallego: It was an honor to speak at the 18th Annual Kyiv Security Forum this week. Ukraine is winning the war against Russia, and the EU’s recent loan will support their continued success. It is in America’s national interest to weaken Russia’s ability to wage this war, and we need to stand firmly with our allies.

Representative Andy Biggs: Tonight was another reminder that evil exists and that those who carry out its schemes seek to wreak chaos within our Constitutional Republic. I'm grateful no harm came to our president or any elected or administration official, or journalist in the room. May God bless and keep America.

Representative Paul Gosar: In light of tonight’s shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, I’m deeply thankful for the swift response from law enforcement, relieved that the President and First Lady are safe, and am keeping our nation in my prayers.

Representative Eli Crane: On Wednesday, my staff welcomed Premier Mountain Healthcare to the Heber-Overgaard area. This is great news for Rim Country, and we wish their team success in their mission. #AZ02
Representative Juan Ciscomani: It is far beyond time that Congress acts decisively to FULLY fund the Department of Homeland Security. Fund Secret Service Fund CBP Fund TSA Fund FEMA And More. Senate Democrats need to stop playing political games. This DHS shutdown has gone on for 70 days — enough is enough!
Representative David Schweikert: I’m grateful President Trump, the First Lady, and everyone at tonight’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner are safe. Thank you to the Secret Service and law enforcement for acting quickly.
Representative Abe Hamadeh: By the time he wrote this, we already knew damn well what the shooter’s motive was: to assassinate members of the Trump administration. This is the kind of gaslighting we’ve come to expect from Barack Obama — arguably the most divisive president in modern American history, who stoked partisan tensions in this country to their boiling point.

Representative Greg Stanton: There's no good reason a member of Congress should be trading stocks while making laws. I don't trade stocks, and I've got a bill to make sure nobody else does either.

Representative Yassamin Ansari: I was at the WHCD last night. I’m grateful to law enforcement for acting quickly and ensuring everyone’s safety. On a personal note, I’m deeply thankful to Senator Jacky Rosen, who held me under the table and kept telling me we’d be okay as I was shaking and in tears. What’s hardest to process is that this kind of violence is a daily reality for communities across the country.

Representative Adelita Grijalva: This is the beauty of our border communities. Ambos Nogales is one vibrant, shared community—even if divided by a wall.Cactus Politics
