Representative Eli Crane (R-AZ) appeared on Jesse Kelly's "I'm Right" to discuss his efforts to impeach anti-Trump judge Paul Engelmayer. He said, "I refuse to sit by and watch this happen and us not do anything about it."

Rep. Crane posted the clip to X (formerly Twitter), adding, "Last night, I joined @JesseKellyDC to review the reconciliation process, efforts to block funding for terrorists, & the impeachment of activist judges. Despite the complacency of establishment Republicans & lockstep resistance from Democrats, @POTUS continues to deliver."

Does Texas have a constitutional right to defy Supreme Court on protecting its border?

In the clip. Rep. Crane described Democrats' use of the judicial system via friendly judges to halt President Donald Trump's agenda and how "we have seen that the second part of their plan is to use activism by going and blowing up town halls and banging on Congressmen's district offices."

Nevertheless, the Arizona Congressman emphasized that Trump's work to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and Elon Musk was vital because "You take all of these organizations, as you finally get somebody like Elon Musk under the leadership of President Trump to start looking under the hood of these organizations, it is just a viper's nest up here. There is so much fraud, waste, abuse, and corruption."

As a result, because Democrats and sympathetic judges are trying to stop Musk and even officials like the Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, Crane questioned why they want to prevent access. Still, that only necessitated the difficult task of countering the judges blocking Trump's agenda one way or another.

"It is a heavy lift, but I have never seen a battle won when guys on one side are looking around at each other, hoping somebody is going to do something. And so I do not care if this gets resolved through an expedited hearing at the Supreme Court, I do not care if it is my articles of impeachment or [Representative] Andrew Clyde's (R-GA) or [Representative Andy] Ogles' (R-TN) from Tennessee. At the end of the day, I refuse to stand by and just watch this happen and us not do anything about it," Crane concluded.
