That's right, Karrin Taylor Robson (R) is taking another run at the governorship of Arizona in 2026, making the announcement on X (formerly Twitter).
"I'm in. I am running for Governor so we can defeat radical Katie Hobbs, support President @realDonaldTrump, lock down the border, and create jobs for Arizona. President Trump has endorsed me, and I hope you will join him and support our campaign today," Robson posted with a link to her campaign website.

The one-minute ad emphasizes President Donald Trump's endorsement of Robson and her campaign to "stop open borders career politician Katie Hobbs."
Cactus Politics previously spoke with Robson in October. She initially did not give a straight answer on whether or not she was running but did outline what she would do or what she thought should be done in Arizona's near future.
Robson stressed the importance of supporting law enforcement, describing how "they are under attack. They don't believe anybody has their back. You know, there are attempts to eliminate their qualified immunity, so they go out, and every door they knock on or every car they go up to, they run the risk of not going home that night."
More recently, Cactus Politics spoke with Americans for Prosperity's Arizona chapter director, Stephen Shadegg, who told us that Robson will likely be "the frontrunner" in the Republican primary for the gubernatorial run.
Shadegg suggested this was because "she has done a really good job of bringing everybody into the tent, but I think she still has work to do there."
Robson's official entry into the race now means she is entering a primary with Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ), who announced his own bid for Governor in late January.
While Robson currently has the advantage of Trump's endorsement, we still have a year and a half before the primary vote, so who knows what will happen?
