RIP Jon Kyl (1942-2026)

Senator Ruben Gallego: Great to welcome Black leaders to Washington for Congressional Black Caucus week. When our Black communities are strong, Arizona is strong—and our entire country is stronger when we move forward together.
Representative Andy Biggs: It's hard for good people to comprehend that there are many perpetrators of evil among us, seeking to exploit and harm our precious children. That's why we must do more as lawmakers to protect innocent boys and girls and give law enforcement all the tools they require to safeguard them. Time for the U.S. Senate to pass my Coercion and Sexual Abuse Free Environment Act. No more delays.
Representative Paul Gosar: No amnesty, no excuses - just enforcement of the law and putting Americans FIRST!
Representative Eli Crane: Next week, my staff will hold mobile office hours in Winslow, Ash Fork, and Cottonwood. If you're a constituent in #AZ02 and need assistance with federal casework, please reach out to my team to schedule an appointment.
Representative Juan Ciscomani: Today marks Citizenship Day, and it comes with extra special meaning, as tomorrow marks my 20th anniversary as a United States citizen. Recently, I was incredibly humbled to join 30 new citizens from 13 countries at the Tucson courthouse. These newest citizens are living proof that the American Dream is alive
Representative Abe Hamadeh: This week, an Arizona man was charged with fraudulently billing AHCCCS more than $33 million in a single year. He targeted American Indian Health Care Program enrollees and spent the money on property and luxury items. That money was meant for people who need care, not a shopping spree. Congressman Hamadeh is committed to fighting fraud and making sure taxpayer looters face serious consequences. That’s why he cosponsored and voted to pass the National Fraud Enforcement Division Act of 2026.
Representative Yassamin Ansari: It’s outrageous for Republicans to say we can’t regulate AI because we’re not experts. We’re also not experts on pharmaceutical drugs, nuclear weapons, or aviation, but we’ve passed laws and regulated these industries, and have created federal agencies with experts to conduct oversight. That’s our job, and that’s exactly what we must do on AI.
Representative Adelita Grijalva: The “Ratepayer Protection Act” is the absolute bare minimum we can do to rein in data centers. Communities are being asked to sacrifice their water, energy, and land while massive corporations reap the profits. Congress needs to get to work on policies with real teeth—starting with a national moratorium on new data center construction.
