As the 2026 gubernatorial race in Arizona approaches, Republican candidate Karrin Taylor Robson has received an endorsement from Mayor Thomas Schoaf (R-AZ) of Litchfield Park.

Mayor Schoaf cited Robson's leadership experience and focus on state issues as reasons for his endorsement. Her platform emphasizes conservative principles and aims to address the state's economic development.

"As someone who has had the privilege of serving the people of Litchfield Park and working alongside leaders dedicated to strengthening our communities, I am proud to support Karrin Taylor Robson for Governor of Arizona," Mayor Schoaf said.

Robson's campaign has accumulated endorsements from various figures, including President Donald Trump, state leaders, local officials, and law enforcement and military supporters.

Current Race Climate

The race has drawn attention due to President Donald Trump's endorsement of multiple candidates in the Republican primary, including both Robson and Andy Biggs (R-AZ).

Both candidates are running on conservative platforms, although Biggs has garnered majority support among state Republicans.

As the race continues, Robson is working to distinguish her candidacy. She has highlighted her leadership and business experience in addressing issues facing Arizona communities.

Her campaign focuses on education and families, job creation, and limiting government expansion.

"She has the vision, experience, and integrity our state needs to tackle the challenges ahead and Make Arizona Strong Again," Schoaf concluded.
