President-elect Donald Trump's transition into the White House is going as smooth as anyone would think it could, or expected it to go.
Trump's cabinet is just about all filled, including the the coveted Secretary of State post, the job in which former Exxon-Mobil Executive Rex Tillerson has been nominated for.
Tillerson's nomination is by far the most controversial one, considering his ties to Russia and his former company's oil interests in the former Soviet state.
Democrats will continue to vehemently oppose Tillerson's nomination, as will some Republicans, but in the end, Tillerson will most-likely find himself being the next U.S. Secretary of State.
Arizona Senator Jeff Flake (R), who is tasked of voting on all presidential cabinet nominations has already met with Tillerson.
According to Flake's Twitter account, the two men hit it off.
Had a good conversation with Sec State nominee Rex Tillerson this afternoon. Looking forward to further discussions and the SFRC hearings.
