Former President Donald Trump held a campaign event in Prescott Valley, Arizona, over the weekend. At the event, Senate candidate Kari Lake (R) delivered remarks hyping him up as "the greatest president in American history" and urging attendants to vote for Trump and herself to the Senate so that she could aid in advancing his agenda if he returns to the White House.
"While President Trump is back in the White House, Making America Great Again, I will be hard at work in the Senate, pushing his incredible agenda. I will help secure our border, make Arizona safe again, make Arizona affordable again, & ensure our kids have access to the American dream," Lake posted with the video clip of her remarks to X (formerly Twitter).

In the clip, Lake began by saying, "After the first term of President Trump, we just witnessed one of the great presidents in American history. And now I say this is the greatest President in American history."
"But I think it goes further than that," Lake continued, "I think we are in the midst of one of the greatest leaders in human history, and his name is Donald J. Trump."
The Arizona Senate candidate's remarks turned into a call for action, encouraging those attending the rally to vote early and then tell their friends to do the same.
"How many of you have ten friends? Okay, how many of you have five friends? Call every friend on your contact list and make sure they are going to get out and vote for Donald J. Trump and Kari Lake for [the] U.S. Senate. I want to go to Washington, D.C., and help President Trump secure our border, make our state safe again, make our state affordable again, and make sure our kids have access to the American dream. We love you, President Trump, and we are going to win Arizona for you," Lake concluded.
Additionally, Trump praised Lake's performance in her recent debate with her Democratic opponent, Representative Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), saying she "destroyed" him.
"You destroyed that poor guy. You know, they have an expression. If that were a fight, they would have stopped it, but that was a destruction," said the former President.
