Even with just over a month left, Congressional election candidates are creating and releasing new advertisements, and Arizona Senate candidate Kari Lake (R) has released her latest and fiercest attack on her opponent, Representative Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), yet calling him "a mistake we cannot afford again."

The primary point of attack in the ad is the Inflation Reduction Act, which Rep. Gallego voted in favor of, as evidenced by Lake's post to X (formerly Twitter) saying, "The Kamala Inflation Act created the worst inflation in 40 years, making life unaffordable for our families. Ruben Gallego voted for it without question. Arizona can't afford six more years of Ruben Gallego."

"Four years of inflation crushed our families. Where is the money going?" a voiceover begins the ad, reiterating Lake's claim that the Inflation Reduction Act has done the opposite of its intended effect, making inflation the worst it has been in 40 years "and making our families' essentials unaffordable," as the ad says, saying Rep. Gallego "voted for it without question."

Additionally, the Arizona Congressman is accused of supporting various welfare measures for illegal aliens entering the country thanks to the ongoing border crisis.

Gallego's border stances have been equally targeted by the Lake campaign, with the former gubernatorial candidate herself calling him a "far progressive; he is an absolute radical liberal. He is more radical than the 'Squad.' He is more radical than AOC. We used to call him 'Arizona's AOC,' and now we were wrong on that because he is more radical than that," in comments to Cactus Politics at the end of August.

"Radically wrong Ruben Gallego: a mistake we cannot afford again," the new ad boldly concluded.

Lake's new advertisement follows her fellow Republican candidate Abe Hamadeh's latest ad, which focused more on the border crisis.

The former Army Captain and prosecutor viciously skewered the Biden-Harris Administration for its pro-open border policies, going so far as to accuse them of treating illegal aliens better than Americans, whom he said are being treated like "second-class citizens."
