Andy Biggs Scorns Grammy Winner's Anti-ICE Speech

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) scorned pop singer Billie Eilish's recent Grammy award acceptance speech in a post to X (formerly Twitter).

During the 2026 Grammys, Eilish won Song of the Year, one of the four most prestigious awards. During her acceptance speech, Eilish said, "As grateful as I feel, I honestly don't feel like I need to say anything, but that no one is illegal on stolen land," also adding "f**k ICE."

As X user End Wokeness noted, Los Angeles was originally inhabited by the Tongva Native Americans, where Eilish lives in a mansion estimated to be worth $14 million.

"Billie Eilish calls America 'stolen land.' Ok, Billie. Your $14,000,000 mansion in LA is built where the Tongva tribes once lived. Any plans on returning it?" End Wokeness questioned.

Replying to the post, Rep. Biggs said, "Hollywood elites are once again proving how out of touch they are with everyday Americans. The working class has had enough of celebrities' manufactured outrage and virtue signaling."

In June, the Arizona congressman condemned anti-ICE rhetoric from House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NJ), who vowed to prevent ICE agents from wearing masks while on duty.

Biggs called Rep. Jeffries' remarks "reprehensible," adding, "Democrats continue to be pro-crime and anti-law enforcement."

More recently, Biggs further condemned Democrats for seemingly enabling recent acts of violence perpetrated against ICE, saying, "The incident in Minneapolis is a direct result of Democrats' continued demonization of agents who are simply enforcing the law. Stop inciting violence against law enforcement," referencing the fatal shooting of Renee Good in Minneapolis, Minnesota, earlier in January.

"There has not been one Democrat that I have heard since ICE has been enforcing the law," Biggs continued, "one Democrat at any level of government -- local, county, state, federal, that has said to people: 'We do not like what ICE is doing, but you have to de-escalate the attacks on ICE.' What is ICE doing?"
