Representative Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) expressed optimism about bringing bad actors in the federal government to justice in a recent interview with John Solomon.
Rep. Hamadeh began by noting that former special counsel Jack Smith has testified before the House Judiciary Committee, and that President Donald Trump and FBI Director Kash Patel are "working on it."
"There are a lot of bad actors that need to be prosecuted," Rep. Hamadeh noted, "I think it needs to be more aggressive. There needs to be a lot more arrests."
After all, he suggested, "if you see up in Minnesota, when you are talking about how these groups and how these influential people utilize some of these far-left radicals to instigate... We have to be more accountable to some of these folks who are going to cause a lot of problems," pointing to the church-storming debacle featuring news anchor Don Lemon.
Moreover, the Arizona congressman said the Minnesota unrest is a "continuation" of the 2020 riots that began in response to the death of George Floyd, further noting that the current wave of riots is similarly organized and funded through left-wing dark money networks.
"This is how they know how to act," Hamadeh continued, "they know how to activate their army. And until there is justice, where you start prosecuting some of these actors that are getting paid, that are getting a lot of money for this, it continues."
For instance, he speculated on the apparent slowness of investigations into the Democratic fundraising organization ActBlue, asking, "Whatever happened to that? The ActBlue leadership all resigned because they knew what they were doing was criminal, and yet I still want to see justice come through. And unfortunately, it has been far too slow."
"We have an election coming up, and I believe there is still a lot of money being funneled into these groups, so they can foment a lot of disruptions in our country," Hamadeh concluded.
