Abe Hamadeh Condemns Hasan Piker Mocking Charlie Kirk, 'Pure Inhumanity'

Representative Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) roundly condemned Twitch streamer Hasan Piker after footage of him seemingly mockingly singing "We Are Charlie Kirk" circulated online, saying it demonstrated the "pure inhumanity of these radical communists."

Who is Hasan Piker?

Hasan Piker is a left-wing political streamer infamous for his far-left views and other controversies, such as saying the United States "deserved 9-11," calling for the killing of capitalists, and allegedly abusing his dog during a livestream, yet he has been invited to speak with Democratic candidates in recent months.

Notably, Piker condemned the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk shortly after the Turning Point founder was murdered in Utah last September, having publicly debated Kirk before. However, this did not appear to stop him singing "We Are Charlie Kirk," an AI-generated song often used ironically in memes, during his "Fear & Live" speaking tour, much to the amusement of the audience.

Hamadeh's Response

"Piker knew Charlie Kirk," Rep. Hamadeh wrote in a post to X (formerly Twitter), adding, "He shared the stage and debated him civilly, yet that familiarity didn't stop him from cavorting across the stage mocking Charlie's murder."

"If this doesn’t expose the pure inhumanity of these radical communists, nothing will," Rep. Hamadeh concluded.

The Leftward Shift

Earlier in August, the Arizona congressman spoke about the concerning hard-left shift among Democrats on Just the News, saying they are "not a healthy party."

"In a healthy democracy, in a healthy republican form of government, we need a two-party system that all have the common goal of making our country great and supporting Americans, but that is not what we are seeing. We are seeing the far-left communist takeover of the Democrats," Hamadeh described, further suggesting that "the communist threat is not a new one. It has just been simmering for a long, long time, but it is infiltrating and taking over a major party of ours."
