RNC Condemns JoAnna Mendoza Following OnlyFans, Witchcraft Pages on Official Instagram Account

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is calling out Democratic candidate JoAnna Mendoza once more, this time for following OnlyFans creators and witchcraft pages on her official campaign's Instagram account.

Pages Followed

Mendoza's campaign Instagram page follows 1,230 accounts, including a transgender socialist and former campaign surrogate for Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) named Brianna Westbrook, who frequently posts pictures of sex toys and objects used in BDSM.

OnlyFans creators followed by the campaign account were Shanin Blake and Carriejune Anne Bowlby, as well as Nina Desoo, who maintains an NSFW Patreon account rather than an OnlyFans.

Witchcraft-focused accounts followed by Mendoza's official campaign page include Sarah Elkhaldy, a self-described alchemist; Instant Witch; Mystic Primrose; Eden Energy Medicine; and Crystal Spirit Readings.

Notably, the Mendoza campaign page still follows some of these pages, but they have since unfollowed several.

RNC Responds

Republican National Committee spokeswoman Delanie Bomar said in a statement, "A 13-day marriage, a trans-porn addiction, and prostitution for trans women of color tells you everything you need to know about Mendoza," referencing Mendoza's previous call to decriminalize prostitution for transgender women of color in a 2020 interview discovered in June and the more recent discovery of Mendoza's two-week marriage to a Syrian national in 1998 that has many asking questions.

"Something is seriously wrong with her, and Arizonans deserve an explanation for her freak behavior, and in the meantime, she should probably learn about incognito mode," Bomar concluded.

Other Past Attacks

In addition to the pages followed by Mendoza's official Instagram, the decriminalization advocacy, and unexplained marriage, Mendoza has come under fire for calling to defund the police in a 2020 interview discovered in March and for continued affiliation with a political action committee (PAC) founded by disgraced former Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA).

Representative Juan Ciscomani (R-AZ), whom Mendoza is hoping to unseat in November, has also begun attacks on Mendoza, with a June campaign ad highlighting her support for allowing transgender individuals into women's bathrooms.
