Abe Hamadeh Predicts a 'Surprise in November' Election to Help GOP

Representative Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) discussed the Republicans' midterm prospects in a recent appearance on James T. Harris's Conservative Circus radio program, saying there will be a "surprise in November" that the GOP must capitalize on.

"The real story is the growing sentiment across the country: people are tired of living like this and are finally ready to push back hard," Rep. Hamadeh wrote on social media, sharing his interview with Harris. "This November, many will be surprised. There's a hidden voter who sees Democrats offering nothing — 20% approval, candidates with Nazi tattoos, and open America-haters. That's not what voters want. They want leaders who inspire us to do better."

In an excerpt from the interview, Harris asked if Republicans are "underestimating the backlash building against the progressive left for their vision of America," to which Rep. Hamadeh affirmed, but also suggested that "Republicans finally got smart," referring to the ongoing efforts by red states to redistrict ahead of the midterms and the growing popularity of Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt.

Regarding Pratt, in particular, the Arizona congressman suggested that "whether he wins or not is not really the issue, it is a matter of how there is a growing sense that in our country that people feel that they do not have to live like this anymore, and they are going to push back and punch back as much as possible."

"So I think this November, people are going to be surprised at the result," Hamadeh continued, adding that "there is a hidden voter right now that understands the Democrats offer nothing to the table."

He noted that polls have placed Democrats at a 20% approval rating, and Graham Platner, the Democratic frontrunner for Senator in Maine, has a seemingly endless list of controversies, and the Party is "nominating people who hate America."

"If that is what the voters want, I don't think so," Hamadeh concluded. "I think they want somebody that inspires them, that we can do better as a country."
