Eli Crane Says Iryna Zarutska Murder Due To Blue Cities Being 'Run by Complete Morons'

Representative Eli Crane (R-AZ) weighed in on the murder of Iryna Zarutska during a recent appearance on The Joe Pags Show, saying that blue cities are "run by complete morons."

Rep. Crane shared a segment of his interview on social media.

During the interview, Crane opined that "Democrats' catch-and-release policies allow repeat violent criminals to walk free and terrorize our communities. When Good Samaritans like Daniel Penny defend their neighbors, Democrats try to imprison them. Appreciate @JoeTalkShow for exposing their betrayal of Americans."

The discussion began with President Donald Trump's deployment of the National Guard in Washington, D.C., to combat the widespread violent crime in the capital, where Rep. Crane recalled his service as a U.S. Navy SEAL, saying, "I have deployed overseas five times, three times to warzones, and I can tell you, oftentimes I felt safer rolling around Fallujah, Iraq, than I do here in D.C."

The Arizona Congressman further criticized Democrats, commenting that they "scream as if Trump and the administration are waging war on their cities. But the fact of the matter is, he is the only one who is trying to protect the citizens." "I mean, the Democrats under the last administration let 10 to 15 million illegal aliens into this country. They have these prosecutors that just let people walk without any repercussions or accountability whatsoever," he added

Host Joe Pags asked Crane if he believed Democrats are genuinely in favor of more crime, and the Arizona Republican said it is "probably a combination of incompetence and pure evil," reiterating the details of Zarutska's murder and referring to DeCarlos Brown, Jr. as "just plain evil."

"And then you look at these policies, not only the sanctuary city policies, but even how they elect these prosecutors that let people walk and are soft on crime," Crane added, noting that "it is just a matter of time before their city turns into a Third World hellhole."

Pags noted that Zarutska was a Ukrainian refugee, yet "she might have been safer in Kyiv," to which the Arizona Congressman agreed, recalling the prosecution of Daniel Penny in New York City.

"It is sad, because many of them are great cities," Crane concluded. "They have got a bunch of great people in them, but they are run by complete morons."
