Andy Biggs Signals Support for Chip Roy's Demands of Investigations into Leftist Dark Money Networks

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) signaled support for Representative Chip Roy's (R-TX) calls for investigations into left-wing dark money networks in the wake of conservative activist Charlie Kirk's murder.

Fox News first reported on a letter Rep. Roy sent to House Republican leadership Thursday evening, where he wrote, "I respectfully request that the House of Representatives form a select committee on the money, influence, and power behind the radical left's assault on America and the rule of law."

Rep. Roy noted how the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) placed Kirk on its so-called "hate map" three months before his assassination, while similarly pointing to "George Soros, the Wren Collective, and other radical organizations funding and putting in place district attorneys and judges to then coordinate releasing criminals to the streets."

In a post to X, the Texas Congressman said, "The patterns are undeniable: we are witnessing a sustained breakdown of law and order, fueled not by chance, but by anti-American ideology."

Rep. Biggs first reposted Roy's post, adding, "Enough is enough."

In June, the Arizona Congressman similarly called for investigations into the Los Angeles riots against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), saying, "We are learning that this is not really organic, that this is highly coordinated, and that there is money behind this." "Some of it is federal grant money or California state grant money, even that has gone to these organizations. They have turned around and used it to create this actual rioting. There is no protesting anymore. This is absolutely rioting."

Later in August, Representative Eli Crane (R-AZ) commended President Donald Trump's announcement that he may pursue legal action against businessman and philanthropist George Soros.

"The Soros Crime Family has unleashed terror on We the People for far too long," Rep. Crane shared in a social media post.
