Haley Says A Vote for Trump is a Vote for 'Substance'

Early voting has begun, and Americans are set to decide what the next four years will politically look like. As far as the presidential race is concerned, both candidates are neck-and-neck in the polls. To capitalize on the close polling numbers, both candidates are aggressively campaigning and doing other media appearances. In a new advertisement, Ambassador Nikki Haley (R) makes the case for President Donald Trump (R), sharing that she is "voting on substance."

In just two weeks, the American people will elect a new president. American Encore, an organization dedicated to promoting conservative policies, has released a new advertisement, not only in support of President Trump but also in support of the Republican Party.

Earlier this year, Ambassador Haley took part in the "Reflections on Running" series, which was hosted by Georgetown University Institute. Footage from her discussion is used in the advertisement to make the case for voters to choose President Trump on November 5th.

“What I always hope and will always fight for is the core principles of the Republican Party," the former United Nations Ambassador said.

What are those "core principles of the Republican Party?

According to Ambassador Haley, the principles encompass “the idea of freedom, it’s the idea of capitalism, it’s the idea of making sure that government was intended to protect the rights and freedoms of the people."

Based on those principles, she argues that the right choice for the presidency is the former president.

"When my daughter complains about groceries, I care about that. When my son is worried about getting a job and how he’s going to afford insurance, I worry about that. When I look at what’s happening at the border and safety, I care about that, so, as a voter, I align more with Trump’s policies than Harris’ policies," she explained.

"I’m not going for the person I like, and I’m not going on style. I’m voting on substance."
