Hamadeh Releases New Ad, 'Americans Treated as Second-Class Citizens'

Former U.S. Army Captain Abe Hamadeh (R), who is running to replace Representative Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) in Congress, has recently put out a new campaign ad viciously skewering the Biden-Harris Administration for its handling of the border crisis, going so far as to accuse them of treating illegal aliens better than Americans, whom he said are being treated like "second-class citizens."

"Under Kamala Harris, illegal immigrants are given free $$$, housing, healthcare, and are flaunting it in our face. Meanwhile, Americans are treated as 2nd class citizens. This is unacceptable. It's time to put the American people FIRST," Hamadeh posted to X (formerly Twitter).

The short video begins with a voiceover saying, "Under Kamala Harris, prices are skyrocketing, and our border is in chaos. Arizona families are hurting and struggling to get by."

"And what is worse? Democrats are prioritizing illegals over Americans, giving them free housing, healthcare, and groceries, while Americans are treated as second-class citizens," the voiceover continues, as the video depicts a still of migrant influencer Leonel Moreno, who gained infamy during the spring when he advised fellow illegal aliens to squat in abandoned houses and flaunting several hundred dollars in welfare benefits, mocking Americans who work before his arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in April.

The video concludes by saying, "We need strong leaders like Army veteran and former prosecutor Abe Hamadeh to secure our border, lower costs, and put the American people first."

At the end of February, Hamadeh spoke at length with Cactus Politics about the border crisis, calling it "an invasion" and laying out his plans for solving it.

"It does not require much. It requires us to actually enforce the laws that are on the books. But something I want to expand upon is designating the cartels as a terrorist organization. I ran for AG on that platform, designating them at a state-level territory. We can certainly do that at the federal level as well," Hamadeh told us.

The former Army Captain further suggested he would work to end sanctuary cities as "the idea that a city can override federal law to allow illegal immigrants is unacceptable."
