Biggs Calls Tony Bobulinski 'Credible,' Alleges DOJ is Protecting Bidens

Hunter Biden's former business partner Tony Bobulinski had testified before the House Oversight Committee as part of the impeachment inquiry. In a recent appearance on Fox Business's Kudlow, Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) discussed the hearing, saying he found Bobulinski "credible" and said the reason that the Department of Justice and Special Counsel David Weiss did not contact him was to protect the Bidens.

Bobulinski reiterated his claim that President Joe Biden is "the Big Guy" mentioned throughout investigations into Hunter Biden's foreign business deals. In addition, he repeated his claim that access to Joe was "the brand" Hunter and associates were selling.

Rep. Biggs said Bobulinski was "very forceful [and] provided documentation. And I think he is credible."

"Everything he says has been verified by other people. So when he says Joe Biden was the product that the Biden family was selling, that was verified by Devon Archer, that was verified by others," Rep. Biggs added, pointing out that the FBI 1023 document offered additional proof contrary to Joe's claim he did not know about Hunter's business deals.

Host Larry Kudlow then speculated on why, if Bobulinski is as credible as Biggs said he was, has not been contacted by other agencies such as the Department of Justice (DOJ) or Special Counsel David Weiss.

Biggs replied that Kudlow should "not be too surprised about that, because every agency you are talking about engaged in other acts to protect Hunter Biden, whether it was the DOJ basically saying, 'Hey, that laptop, that is not real,' whether it is the intelligence community saying, 'That is Russian disinformation."

Moreover, the Arizona Congressman reiterated that Bobulinski has "mountains of documents he kept," in addition to three cell phones from 2015 to 2020, which contain text messages between himself and Hunter Biden.

"But what is more striking, I want to add to your bewilderment, what is more striking to me is when he was looking over the documents when they finally released the FBI statement transcripts, he felt it was wrong in places. They reached out and contacted the FBI saying, 'We want to make corrections, we think he was wrong,' and they still did not get any response," Biggs concluded.

In January, Biggs chastised Democrats who continually denied any wrongdoing on the part of the Bidens, saying, "It is all in this 1023 and Devon Archer's testimony, and then you start using all the other documentation to show, very clearly, a criminal conspiracy of bribery and selling access on the part of the Biden family."
