After years of service in the U.S. Senate, Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), who has been a very colorful and outspoken against any and all things Republicans, has called it quits.

Reid showed the country that he could be as equal as an obstructionist everyone who preceded him.

In a radio interview with Nevada Public Radio, the retiring Reid pulled out his political Louisville Slugger and swung for the fences in an attack aimed squarely at his Democratic National Committee, and its past Chairwoman, U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Does Texas have a constitutional right to defy Supreme Court on protecting its border?

Here are excerpts of Reid’s comments”

"I believe one of the failures of Democratic Party has been the DNC, the Democratic National Committee has been worthless". "The Democratic National Committee has been useless”…I’ve created everything in Nevada all alone…They (DNC) ought to take a couple expresses each decision cycle, possibly three or perhaps four, and help them build up the framework for good state party association. Their help was relatively meaningless.”

Referring to ‘DWS’ as "that congresswoman from Florida,” Reid made some more suggestions on how to fix this political party, saying that there need to be a full-time party leader, not some part-timer.

With Trump in the White House, expect to see more of the same infighting from the Democratic Party.

Democrats will unify “if” Trump crosses them in any way. Both Washington Democrats and Republicans are hoping Trump fails.
