Why is it that the two Senators from Arizona cannot stay out of the news? Last week we found out that John McCain received at least one vote for president from Ohio governor John Kasich. Now, after months of praising/burning Hillary Clinton and a constant war against the nominee of his own party, Senator Jeff Flake may end up voting for third party candidate Evan McMullin.
McMullin has made alot of headway in heavily Mormon areas, especially in Utah where he may actually end up winning. In Arizona McMullin campaign volunteers have been going around to all campaign events for Trump and Clinton (photos below).
Senator Flake, who is himself a Mormon said about voting for McMullin that it is "a possibility". McMullin is not on the ballot in Arizona, but his campaign and volunteers have been pushing the former CIA operative as a write-in candidate and many "NeverTrump" Republicans have taken notice.
I voted for myself the other day, & it was the first time in my life that I didn't vote for a Republican. https://t.co/NRCZYdZpSM

McMullin has come under repeated attacks by pro-Trump groups and supporters, even sending out robo-calls in Utah suggesting McMullin is a closeted homosexual.
