Going low seems to be what Donna Brazile did when she apparently "Wikileaked" a debate question to Hillary Clinton shortly before her CNN debate with Senator Bernie Sanders.
CNN has announced that one of their former political commentators and current Democratic National Committee Chairwoman. Donna Brazile has lost her job.
Wikileaks has claimed another victim.
An email Brazile sent to Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta that was part of Wikileaks’ cache of leaked emails, all-but passes on to Clinton one of the questions asked at her debate with Democratic presidential candidate, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I)
Brazile, who formally resigned her position with CNN about two weeks ago, appears to have been let off easy by the network.
Brazile tweeted this today:
CNN put out this statement about Brazile, leading many to believe that she was about to get fired when she quit.
“We are completely uncomfortable with what we have learned about her interactions with the Clinton campaign while she was a CNN contributor.”-CNN
According to the network, they were not responsible for giving Brazile any question, or anything for that matter, to Hillary Clinton and her presidential campaign.
“CNN never gave Brazile access to any questions, prep material, attendee list, background information or meetings in advance of a town hall or debate.” -CNN
Believe it or not, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has yet to tweet about Brazile losing her job, but his son Eric just did.
