Andy Biggs Condemns Democrats' Anti-Deportation Stance

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) condemned Democrats' anti-deportation stance in a post on X in response to a case highlighted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The official DHS account posted the mugshot of Kenneth Moreno Guzman, an illegal alien from Mexico who broke into a Bulloch County, Georgia home and raped an 11-year-old girl while holding her 10-year-old sister at knifepoint.

"Another horrific tragedy for two innocent children by the hands of a criminal illegal alien," the DHS account posted, noting that "Guzman was previously arrested by local law enforcement. On March 8, 2023, Moreno Guzman was arrested by the Statesboro Georgia Sheriff's Office for driving without a license and registration."

Additional details from the DHS website reveal that Guzman had previously been deported after illegally entering the country in 2016 and returned at an unknown date, again by illegally crossing the border.

In response, Rep. Biggs asked, "Why are Democrats so averse to deporting these monsters—who NEVER should have been here in the first place?"

"These are the kinds of monsters they’re fighting to protect when they interfere with ICE," Rep. Biggs continued. "Pray for these children and all who have been victimized by illegal aliens."

Earlier in January, the Arizona congressman was similarly incensed at Democrats' continued demonization of ICE, which he blamed for the death of protester Renee Good after she attempted to run over an ICE agent with her car.

"The incident in Minneapolis is a direct result of Democrats' continued demonization of agents who are simply enforcing the law. Stop inciting violence against law enforcement," Biggs said on social media.

In further comments, he expressed, "There has not been one Democrat that I have heard since ICE has been enforcing the law, one Democrat at any level of government; local, county, state, federal, that has said to people: 'We do not like what ICE is doing, but you have to de-escalate the attacks on ICE.' What is ICE doing?"
