Biden Said He Has No Intention Of Running in 2020

On Wednesday Joe Biden told reporters "I have no intention of running" for president in 2020. Just a few days ago while on Stephen Colbert's "The Late Show" he said he has learned to "never say never" when asked about running for president.

Biden also told reporters:

I'm a great respecter of fate. I don't plan on running again. But to say you know what's going to happen in four years, I just think is -- is not rational.

On Monday after he wrapped up a Senate session Biden had teased reporters about running. He said:

Does Texas have a constitutional right to defy Supreme Court on protecting its border?

Yeah, I am. I'm going to run in 2020. I've enjoyed every minute of my time here in the Senate. It's a great feeling to come back. I love this place.

Prior to being President Barack Obama's vice president, Biden represented Delaware for 36 years in the Senate. He also ran for president twice.

For now, I think it is safe to say he has not made up his mind.

But wait, "Say it ain't so" Joe just said that he was considering...
