Will Chelsea Clinton Continue the Clinton Dynasty?

Just days after Hillary Clinton lost the Presidential elections, rumors have surfaced claiming that Chelsea Clinton will run for congress in the 2018 midterm elections.

Nita Lowey currently represents NYC’s 17th Congressional District and has represented it since 1989. It includes sections of Rockland and Westchester counties and also includes Chappaqua, where the Clintons live. At 79, she’s expected to retire, which would make way for Chelsea campaigning to take her place.

This comes at a time when the Democratic Party is restructuring after what many political pundits considered an upset win by Trump.
