In a move to press more Arizonans to vote Democratic, the Arizona Democratic Party continued its taco truck obsession by partnering up with "loncheras" and taco trucks in an effort register new voters and to persuade other to change their voter registration to 'Democratic'.
Just in case you were hiding behind a cactus tree or roaming around the Grand Canyon where there is spotty cell phone service, the play off the taco trucks comes from Marco Gutierrez's warning that if illegal immigration isn't addressed, America is "going to have taco trucks on every corner.
Gutierrez is the founder of Latinos for Trump, so its a given that Democrats would go after him for making the statement.
Let's not forget that there is an actual "National Taco Day."
The taco truck gimmick is funny, it works, so why not exhaust the play?
With illegal immigration being the hot topic in Arizona, and with Republican Mike Pence's "that Mexican thing" remark stoking the immigration issue, why not run with it?
We can now expect to see taco trucks on every political corner in Arizona!
What would really be funny is if a Republican-friendly taco truck wrapped in a Donald Trump for President image going up against a truck wrapped with Hillary for President image.
You remember those "dance-offs" between two individuals like in the movie "American Wedding," right?
Can you imagine a taco-off between the two presidential campaigns? Priceless.
Which campaign packs the most carne asada in their political message? Will Hillary Clinton give Arizonans the whole secret email server enchilada?
Will Donald Trump admit that he loves real authentic Mexican food?
Wait...
Not to be outdone, Hillary Clinton has also indulged in good "authentic" Mexican burritos from "King Taco."
